Return and Refund Policy


At BAOFENG, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

Note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Downloadable software or firmware

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such)


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@baofengradios.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Package the item securely and ship it to the return address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@baofengradios.com with your order details.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order information, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement as long as they have not yet shipped. Contact us at support@baofengradios.com as soon as possible to cancel your order.
